We select a vehicle for the route and load: tell us about passengers, suitcases, a pushchair and bulky items. We use our own and additional vehicles; options are not limited to those shown in photographs. We will confirm the specific model and terms before booking.

Wedding guest transport, journeys between the registry office and restaurant, delegation pickups and other routes with several stops. In Saint Petersburg, the minimum booking is 3 service hours plus 1 dispatch hour. Part hours are rounded up; parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost.

We depart from Saint Petersburg for any destination in Russia. This may be a single transfer, a trip to several addresses, a family journey, a delegation or transport for guests after an event. Planning requires a starting point, final address and sequence of stops; you do not have to choose a destination from a preset list.

The pricing page lists Comfort rates for Pulkovo, Peterhof, Pushkin and Pavlovsk, Priozersk, Sortavala, Veliky Novgorod and Moscow. If your address is not listed, use the per-kilometre calculation or discuss the route with the dispatcher. Return travel and waiting are agreed separately.

Choose a suitable pricing format

Hourly hire in Saint Petersburg suits several journeys during the day. The minimum is 3 working hours plus 1 pickup hour; incomplete working hours are rounded up. Parking and toll roads are paid at actual cost.

For Comfort journeys charged by distance, the applicable band rate covers the entire distance, then a RUB 1,500 pickup charge is added once. Pickup is already included in the listed transfer fares. These options are not automatically added together: we confirm the format for your plan before booking. Business and VIP mileage journeys and transfers are quoted on request.

Intercity travel: Moscow, Karelia and other destinations

You can book a minivan with a driver from Saint Petersburg to Moscow, Pskov, Veliky Novgorod, Tikhvin, Vologda, Priozersk, Sortavala or Petrozavodsk. These are examples of destinations across Russia. Give your final address even if the town is not on the website: a central hotel and a countryside holiday resort require different routes.

For a trip to Karelia, distinguish between Sortavala, Petrozavodsk and other settlements. Include all stops, the drop-off point, return departure date and holiday luggage in the plan. A published price to one city does not automatically cover an additional section to a remote holiday base.

Multi-day minivan hire

If you need a vehicle for several days, describe each day's programme: departure, travel between cities, waiting days, the return journey or finishing elsewhere. This suits family holidays, business trips with several meetings and travel with your own group without finding new transport every day.

Multi-day hire is quoted against the full brief. Driver working hours, overnight stays, waiting and additional expenses require separate discussion. Tell us which days require journeys and which days do not require the vehicle, so we can distinguish transfers from continuous transport support.

Airport and station pickups and event transport

For Pulkovo, provide the flight and date; for a railway station, the train and arrival station; for a port, the terminal name and departure details. Different meeting points change access and boarding arrangements. Mention requests such as a name board or boarding assistance when enquiring.

For a delegation, start with the overall programme: airport, hotel, office, event venue and guests' return journeys. For drop-offs after a celebration, start with destination addresses and passenger numbers on each leg. For regular employee transport, provide shift schedules and pickup points so we can discuss feasibility and prepare a quotation.
