A Pulkovo transfer starts with an exact pickup address: an apartment, hotel, office or another location in Saint Petersburg. If passengers need collecting at several points, list them in order. Routes are not limited to a list of districts or metro stations.

For planning, provide the date, flight number and departure time shown on your ticket. We discuss terminal arrival and departure from the city allowing for the journey and pre-flight procedures. Check check-in and luggage recommendations with the airline: flight departure time is not the time you need to reach the airport.

Include all passengers, including children, the number of suitcases, hand luggage, a pushchair and bulky items in your enquiry. Add any planned stop along the way before we calculate the price.

For airport pickup, provide the date and incoming flight number, passenger contact details and final address. Pickup after baggage collection requires separate arrangements: the aircraft may arrive on schedule while leaving the terminal takes extra time.

Before travelling, we discuss the meeting point and how to contact the driver. If you need a name-board greeting or other assistance, tell us in advance; availability and terms must be confirmed. Do not choose a pickup point solely from an illustration on the page.

Tell the dispatcher about flight changes or a delay leaving the terminal. Waiting time and cost, parking and delay procedures are agreed for each booking. The dispatcher will confirm waiting terms when you book.

How much does a Pulkovo transfer cost?

The starting Comfort transfer price from Saint Petersburg to Pulkovo is RUB 3,500 per vehicle journey. Dispatch is already included: do not add the RUB 1,500 dispatch fee from the distance-based rate. Before booking, we will confirm the price for your exact addresses and conditions.

Business and VIP airport transfers are quoted on request. City rates of RUB 2,700 and RUB 3,500 per hour apply to hourly hire and are not themselves the price of an airport trip.

Parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost. Return airport pickup, multiple addresses, stops and waiting are agreed separately. Pickup or drop-off in the Leningrad Region requires a quote for the complete route.

For families, guests and delegations

A minivan is convenient when several people follow one route and want to arrive together. Families need space for people and belongings; meeting organisers need flight details and guest addresses; companies need to agree the itinerary after the airport.

We work with individuals and legal entities. For a delegation, we can discuss a pickup and travel to a hotel, office or event. If several further journeys with waiting are needed, we will compare a single transfer with hourly hire in Saint Petersburg. Payment methods and service terms are agreed with the customer.

We use our own vehicles and bring in additional minivans when needed. Photographs show examples rather than a complete list of available vehicles. The exact model and specification are confirmed when making arrangements.

In Comfort, the white Vito W447 and black Volkswagen Caravelle Long T5 each seat 8 passengers; the grey Vito seats 7. Business V-Class seats 6, and VIP with captain’s chairs seats 5. State suitcase numbers and sizes: spare passenger seats do not automatically mean any volume of luggage will fit.
