We accept bank transfer payment from organisations and provide all completion and accounting documents. We agree payment procedures and the document set with your responsible employee.
Replacement instead of cancellation
The fleet has several vehicles. If the main vehicle needs replacing, we arrange a substitute: a fault in one vehicle should not disrupt the agreed shuttle service.

We select the minivan and route for the actual number of employees. We discuss suitable schedules, pickup points and service frequency so your group does not book capacity or work it does not need.

In the morning, after work or for a shift
Company shuttles are organised around your working hours. We agree the required days, one-way or return runs and employee pickup points.
For the start of the working day
Pickup at an agreed metro station and transport to the workplace. Planning takes account of arrival time, stops along the way and access to the company premises.
Back after work
Pickup at the workplace after the working day and drop-off at agreed points. The return run and its time are included in the booking plan in advance.
To suit your shift schedule
We agree separate trips for shifts, different weekdays or several small groups. Early, late and weekend departures are discussed when quoting for the full programme.
A suitable minivan for a small group
Up to 8 employees in one vehicle
A minivan suits a small team travelling in the same direction: a crew or office, factory or warehouse staff. Capacity figures refer to passengers and exclude the driver.
In Comfort, the white Mercedes Vito W447 and black Volkswagen Caravelle Long T5 seat 8 passengers, while the grey Vito seats 7. For a group of eight, we select a suitable eight-passenger vehicle.
The fleet has several vehicles; we use additional transport when required. A vehicle in a photograph is not automatically assigned: suitable capacity and fulfilment of the agreed trip are what matters.

Employee shuttle pricing: based on route and schedule
We prepare a separate quote for regular employee transport. The total depends on the workplace address and pickup points, passenger count, operating days, number of runs and return shuttles. A locality name alone is not enough for an exact price.
We will discuss a practical plan: one minivan for a small group, several pickup points or separate runs for shifts. Compare options using the complete service plan rather than just the hourly price.
The route, price and cashless payment arrangements are recorded in the contract. Parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost; any need for these sections is discussed when agreeing arrangements.
The city hourly rates and 3 + 1 minimum published on the website apply to another booking format. They do not automatically become the price for a regular shuttle service.

Do you already run shuttles to Novoselye, Peski and Gorbunki?
Yes, we serve these destinations under active contracts. Peski here means the industrial area near Novoselye. A new route, workplace address and schedule are agreed separately.
Can you arrange employee transport to Volkhonskoye Highway?
Yes, businesses on Volkhonskoye Highway are a priority. Provide the entrance or gatehouse address, employee pickup points and required arrival time. We will agree availability, route and pricing for your needs.
Which metro stations can pickups be arranged from?
Including Prospekt Veteranov, Moskovskaya, Kupchino and Proletarskaya. These are options to agree, rather than a public bus timetable. You may suggest another station or address.
Can we pay by bank transfer and receive documents?
Yes. We serve organisations under contract, accept bank transfer payment and provide all completion and accounting documents. Payment procedures and the document set are agreed before service begins.
What happens if the vehicle needs to be replaced?
We arrange replacement transport: the fleet has several vehicles. The aim is to deliver the agreed shuttle service when the main vehicle is replaced. Route coordination procedures are agreed with the customer.
How much does a regular employee shuttle cost?
The price depends on the route, passengers, operating days, number of trips, pickup time and return journey. We prepare a separate quotation for regular service. The city hourly minimum of 3 + 1 does not automatically determine the price of such a contract.
Can you arrange several pickup points or several vehicles?
Yes, we can discuss this arrangement. List all points and passengers in each group. For more than 8 employees, we will agree whether multiple minivans are possible, the number of runs and the cost.
Are employee shuttles only available in the southwest?
Southern and southwestern Saint Petersburg are priorities. You can also propose another city district or an address in the Leningrad Region: service availability and terms will be confirmed for your needs.
Can I buy an individual seat on an existing service?
This page is for arranging corporate transport for an organisation and its employees. The existing routes described are not a public timetable or an offer of individual tickets.
