Important details to provide
- Large luggage, pushchairs and unusually sized items.
- Travel with children or animals, or a need for boarding assistance.
- Preferences for stops and other conditions that need confirmation in advance.
Boarding, cabin seats and personal belongings
When arranging a trip, explain any seating preferences and important passenger requirements. Capacity varies by class; an empty seat or a seat in a particular part of the cabin is confirmed together with the vehicle. Old rules requiring passengers to occupy the front seats do not apply as a universal condition.
List suitcases, pushchairs and large items in advance. Keep hand luggage and valuables under your own control; check your seat and the luggage compartment before leaving. If you leave something behind, call with the date, route and description. The old rules do not imply any automatic disposal promise.
Meeting time and required stops
An exact address, a landmark for the driver and an available contact make boarding easier. If your group needs several pickup points, list them in order. Tell us before booking about rest breaks, stops with children or route changes, or contact the dispatcher when plans change.
For international travel, passengers must separately check their documents and eligibility to cross the border. Booking transport does not replace this check. On the Ivangorod–Narva route, also allow for the independent section and carrying belongings between the Russian vehicle and the partners' vehicle.
Separate expenses
Parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost. Hourly hire in Saint Petersburg has a minimum of 3 service hours plus 1 dispatch hour; part service hours are rounded up. For regional travel, agree pricing terms with the dispatcher.
If plans change
Contact us as soon as the date, address or passenger numbers change. Additional stops and waiting are best agreed before the journey. Payment, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed for your booking.
At the end of the trip
Check the interior and your luggage before leaving. If you have left something behind, provide the date, route and a description of the item to help identify the vehicle.
Preparing passengers and luggage
Provide the actual passenger count, including children, and describe luggage separately: suitcases, pushchairs, sports equipment and other bulky items. Seat count does not determine luggage-compartment capacity. We select suitable transport using both; discuss child-seat and boarding preferences before booking.
If your route includes several addresses, list them in order and mark stops that require waiting. For a wedding, add the reception end time and guests’ evening addresses; for a delegation, meeting times; for an airport, the flight number and date. The quote will then reflect your plans rather than a hypothetical journey between two points.
