Payment and deposit for an agreed trip

Before paying, check the booking with the dispatcher: service, date, route, passenger count and agreed amount. For a deposit, confirm its amount and the remaining balance separately. If booking for a company, tell us you represent a legal entity before agreeing payment arrangements.

Payment details, transfer method and confirmation of receipt must relate to your booking. The old MegaGroup payment form is not used as a current payment method for the new website. If addresses, times or trip details change, agree the revised amount before paying.

For private customers and companies

We work with private individuals and legal entities. Price, payment arrangements and booking terms are agreed before confirming a trip. If contacting us for a company, tell the dispatcher the booking is for a legal entity.

Parking and toll roads

Parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost, in addition to hourly hire. Agree the hourly rate, payment procedure and booking terms with the dispatcher in advance.

Changes and additional expenses

If addresses, waiting or a different date are added, clarify the final journey terms first. For cancellation and refunds, request the procedure for your booking. Information from the old website does not replace confirmation of current terms.

No card details submitted through the route form

A description of the trip is enough for an initial enquiry. Card details, documents and other personal information are not needed in the route description.

Compare quotes for the same route

Clarify which pricing format applies to your booking. Under Comfort mileage pricing, the band rate applies to the entire distance, with a separate RUB 1,500 pickup charge. Pickup is already included in listed transfer fares. Hourly hire in Saint Petersburg has a minimum of 3 working hours plus 1 pickup hour.

Changes to the number of stops, waiting time or return address are best discussed before travelling. Parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost. The precise payment procedure is agreed with the private customer or company representative when confirming the booking.
