Cities, airports and travel options
Travel to an address, city or departing service
After the border reopens, we will again discuss routes from Saint Petersburg to Finland. Provide the town and final address, required stops, passengers and luggage. Airport trips also need the date and flight number.
The minivan model, timing and price are confirmed for each journey. Old website prices and timetables are not a current offer.
Journeys will resume after the border reopens
Transport to Finland is currently suspended. After the border reopens, we will resume transfers from Saint Petersburg to Helsinki, the airport and other Finnish destinations.
We will announce a resumption date after the border opens. You can discuss a future route by phone.
Finnish destinations
Where we travel now
We operate within Russia, to Ivangorod and to Tallinn with Estonian partners. On journeys via Ivangorod and Narva, passengers cross the border independently.
Trips to TallinnTaxi to Finland: address and travel format
The traditional request for a “taxi to Finland” usually means a journey from an address in Saint Petersburg to a city, hotel or private address. We retain information here to help plan such a route; we currently offer no transport across the Finnish border. We plan to resume transfers when the border reopens.
Helsinki, Lappeenranta and Imatra are different destinations. An airport trip also differs from arrival in the city centre: the airport name and flight are required. Families and private groups should assess passenger numbers, luggage, a pushchair and necessary stops in advance.
A private route and a seat on a shared service
A private trip is planned around your group’s addresses. A shared service requires separately confirmed boarding points, meeting times and luggage rules. Old departure times, border-crossing durations and fares must not be treated as a current offer.
If you need to travel now, we can discuss a route within Russia or to Ivangorod. Transfers to Tallinn are arranged with partners in Estonia and an independent border crossing. They have their own terms and are not direct transport to Finland.
Helsinki, Lappeenranta, Imatra and other cities
A taxi trip to Finland usually means transport from your address in Saint Petersburg to the required address in Finland. This may be Helsinki, Lappeenranta, Imatra, Kotka, Kouvola, Turku or Mikkeli. The city identifies the direction; the full address enables calculation of the actual route and stops.
For business visits, provide the meeting place and time; for a holiday, the hotel or cottage; for visiting loved ones, a residential address. For flights and ferries, also provide the service, date and terminal. Once the border reopens, we will arrange these journeys using the full route, including the return trip.
Taxi, transfer and minibus: what exactly are you booking?
The words 'taxi' and 'transfer' can describe the same task: a private chauffeured vehicle from one address to another. This means a journey for the entire group. A shared minibus means a seat on a shared trip with its own boarding points and times. A seat fare cannot be compared with the price of an entire minivan without clarifying the format.
Private-group transport options differ in capacity: Comfort seats 7–8 passengers, Business 6 and VIP 5. Suitcases and bulky items are considered alongside passengers. Old claims of guaranteed quick border crossings, daily services and unchanged prices do not describe a future booking.
