Bring everyone together for the start of the celebration
When guests travel from different areas or stay in hotels, it is important to plan the overall route in advance. A minivan with a driver can collect your group from the required addresses and provide agreed journeys throughout the wedding day.
Tell us where to collect guests, how many people will board at each point and when they need to arrive. If you need several vehicles or separate journeys for different groups, include this in your enquiry so we can find a solution and confirm availability for your date.
Your route is not restricted to a list of venues. You can plan the ceremony, a walk, a photo session and reception in any convenient order. Provide addresses and key event times; we discuss stops and waiting between journeys when calculating booking duration.
FiniTrans has operated since 2000. We depart from Saint Petersburg; wedding trips in the surrounding region and other Russian destinations are priced according to your route.
After the reception, guests may travel home, to a hotel or to several addresses. Add evening drop-offs to the overall plan or discuss them as a separate journey. Give the expected celebration finish time, passenger count and all drop-off points.
If groups leave at different times, describe this in advance. We agree the number of minivans, order of stops, waiting and service time before confirming the booking. The cost depends on the chosen rate and agreed trip arrangements.

If several hours separate the restaurant visit from evening drop-offs, discuss two options: keeping the vehicle on duty with waiting time, or arranging a separate evening pickup. Do not automatically deduct the gap from billable time. Booking duration, waiting and a repeat dispatch are confirmed before the trip.
For a wedding, consider not only passengers but also visiting guests' suitcases, gifts, a pushchair and bulky items. In Comfort, the white Vito and black Volkswagen Caravelle Long T5 each seat eight passengers, and the grey Vito seats seven. Business seats six and VIP five, excluding the driver. We assess luggage against the actual booking details.
For more guests, we can discuss multiple minivans or separate group journeys. Multiple runs require planning time between pickups and ensuring everyone can arrive for the ceremony’s start. Vehicle numbers, classes, availability and price are agreed with the organiser; photographs do not limit the available fleet.
Vehicle and interior photographsIf some family members arrive at Pulkovo, the pickup can be discussed separately from the wedding programme. For the airport, we need flight details, luggage and the hotel address. Airport transfer terms differ from city hourly hire.

Within Saint Petersburg, the minimum booking is 3 working hours + 1 vehicle pickup hour. A minimum of four hours is charged at the selected rate. Any partial hour of service is rounded up to a full hour.
For example, 3 hours 20 minutes of service is charged as 4 service hours. With dispatch, this totals 5 billable hours. At the Comfort rate, hire will cost 10 000 ₽, under the Business tariff — 13 500 ₽, at the VIP rate — 17 500 ₽, plus actual parking and toll road expenses.

We work with individuals and legal entities. Bookings can be discussed directly or on behalf of a company, such as a wedding organiser. Travel terms and payment procedures are agreed before confirmation.

We round working time up to 4 hours, then add 1 pickup hour. That makes 5 billable hours: RUB 10,000 in Comfort, RUB 13,500 in Business or RUB 17,500 in VIP. Parking and toll roads are charged separately at actual cost.
