On the night of 28–29 October 2017, clocks in Finland will go back one hour for the switch to winter time. Russia does not make this clock change. Thus, if you enter Finland at 08:00 Moscow time, the time in Finland will be one hour earlier, 07:00.
The switch back from winter to summer time will take place on 31 March 2018. Accordingly, from 1 April 2018, the time in Finland will match Saint Petersburg time.
