Finally, soon we will be gliding rather than bouncing along the road to Svetogorsk–Imatra.
The budget allocates RUB 33 billion from Platon road charging revenues to repair 10 highways. Some funding will also go towards repairing the Vyborg–Svetogorsk highway.
So the journey will take even less time. This border is pleasing for its lack of queues and stern customs officers. But there is always room for improvement!
