FiniTrans destinations and travel schedules

How to check travel for your date

• Describe in your own words where you want to travel from and to.
• If the date is not yet decided, provide an approximate period.
• Departure time, travel format and cost are confirmed during arrangements.

A single pickup and a shared service

For private bookings, departure time is agreed to suit the addresses and purpose. A shared service needs a separately announced date, pickup points and available seats. A destination listed on the website does not mean a vehicle departs there daily with individual seats for sale.

Hourly hire in Saint Petersburg, intercity transfers and airport pickups are best described in separate briefs. The first depends on the full hourly programme, the second on an agreed route, and the third on flight details and passenger contact. You can send the dispatcher your route even while choosing a date.

Services currently available

Chauffeured minivan hire from Saint Petersburg to any destination in Russia. We provide the Russian leg to Ivangorod. For Tallinn, we work with Estonian partners: passengers cross the border independently, and partners meet them at the border in Narva. We also discuss the return route.

Finland

Helsinki, airports and other destinations in Finland will return after the border reopens. No resumption date has been announced; we currently make no promises about future timetables, seats or fares.

Pickup time for a private booking

For minivan hire across Russia, we agree the pickup date and time around your route. Provide the first address, required arrival time, stop sequence and return journey. Hourly hire in Saint Petersburg and distance-based trips follow different pricing rules.

For Tallinn, the Russian leg to Ivangorod and the partner pickup in Narva after your independent border crossing are agreed separately. We do not promise a fixed border crossing time. The old Finland timetable is not a current schedule: transport will resume after the border reopens.
