We first price the vehicle journey for your addresses. Meeting assistance and parking are shown separately so every charge is clear.
Station parking is RUB 300 per hour. Compare one, two or three hours here.

About your pickup and journey
Can you meet passengers right by the carriage?
Yes, we arrange a platform meeting by the carriage in advance. Tell us the station, train and carriage numbers, arrival date and time, and a passenger contact. Meeting and help with ordinary travel luggage cost RUB 1,500 in addition to the journey; parking is RUB 300 per hour.
How much does a minivan taxi from the station cost?
We price the journey for your addresses, vehicle class, passengers and stops. A carriage-side meeting and luggage assistance add RUB 1,500, plus parking at RUB 300 per hour. For example, meeting and one hour of parking add RUB 1,800 to the vehicle journey price.
Do I have to book a platform meeting?
No. You can meet at the vehicle at a pre-arranged point. A paid carriage-side welcome is an optional service; any paid access and waiting arrangements are discussed before the journey.
Which stations can I book a minivan for?
Moskovsky, Ladozhsky, Vitebsky, Finlyandsky and Baltiysky railway stations in Saint Petersburg. Use the station name from your ticket; the train destination alone may not identify the pickup location.
Can I book a minivan for 7–8 people with suitcases?
Yes, we select a suitable Comfort vehicle for 7–8 passengers, excluding the driver. We consider passengers and luggage together: tell us the number and size of suitcases, pushchairs and large items. The specific vehicle is agreed for your needs.
Are child seats available, and can I bring a pet?
Child seats for every age and pet transport are provided at no extra charge. Tell us the children’s ages, number of seats, animal type and size, whether you have a carrier, and what other luggage you are bringing.
Can we go straight from the station to Pulkovo or out of town?
Yes. Tell us your destination, date and onward flight details, if applicable. Station-to-Pulkovo, hotel and intercity journeys are priced for their complete itinerary.
What if my train is delayed?
Tell the dispatcher about the change in arrival time and stay in touch. We agree the meeting arrangements, any waiting and costs for your booking; free station parking is not automatically included.
