If Narva is your final destination
- Clarify whether you need to travel only as far as Ivangorod.
- If you need transport in Estonia, provide the address after the crossing.
- Agree the return Russian leg and contact during the crossing in advance.
To visit loved ones, for business or onward to Tallinn
A trip to Ivangorod can be a standalone Russian journey or the first leg to Narva. For a family visit or business meeting, give the address beyond the crossing: the border is not always the final destination. If you continue to Tallinn, we coordinate the pickup and second vehicle with Estonian partners.
You can discuss a one-way trip or both directions on different dates. For the return, know who meets you on each side and how to contact them if delayed. Carrying your own belongings, moving between vehicles and reaching the final city address are part of planning rather than a promise of a direct journey in one vehicle.
To Ivangorod or onward into Estonia
For travel only to Ivangorod, specify where you want the Russian leg to end. If the final address is in Narva, discuss separately how to reach it after crossing independently. The Russian minivan and Estonian-side transport are different parts of the route.
Assess what you will need to carry across the border: suitcases, hand luggage and a pushchair. Tell us about bulky luggage and required arrangements. Agree the meeting point, contacts and Russian return leg before departure; a fixed crossing time is not promised.
