Information for foreign nationals staying in Russia. 29.07.2022 00:47The restrictions have been lifted, but PCR tests are still required for foreigners arriving in Russia, so please bear in mind that foreign citizens crossing the border towards Russia still need a PCR test. Checks are infrequent, but this can vary. If you do not have a PCR test taken within the preceding 48 hours, you may be refused entry to the Russian Federation. Foreign citizens making a same-day exit and re-entry to obtain a migration card can take a PCR test in Russia before leaving and present it when re-entering.
