Journey planning

Transfer to Lappeenranta from Saint Petersburg

For a city journey, provide a specific address: a hotel, meeting place or another point.

The town and the airport are different destinations

  • Specify whether you need drop-off in town or at the airport.
  • List multiple addresses if you are going to more than one place.
  • Add requests for the return journey and stops.

To a hotel, loved ones or a place of study

The destination may be a holiday by Lake Saimaa, a hotel or campsite, a family visit or a university campus. For a long stay, consider luggage on arrival and your return date separately. If you need shopping stops or to collect keys at another address before reaching the hotel, add these points to the sequence.

The educational institutions had different names in the old text. LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences operate in Lappeenranta, with a campus in the Skinnarila area. For your journey, use the exact building and entrance stated in the institution's invitation rather than the old general name “Saimaa University”.

Final destination and return journey

The harbour and fortress, hotel, shops and Lappeenranta Airport are separate destinations. Choose your main purpose and list additional addresses in order. For shopping, specify the particular branch of a chain; for a flight, use a separate airport route.
