Journey planning

A minivan for your journey to Finland

When travelling with family, friends or colleagues, transport must suit the entire group and its luggage.

Services to Finland are suspended until the border reopens

Passengers and belongings planned together

  • State the number of adults and children and describe the arrangements needed.
  • List suitcases and bulky items: the passenger count alone is not enough.
  • Specify whether your group leaves from one address or needs several pickups.

Minivan for 5, 6, 7 or 8 passengers

In Comfort, the white Vito W447 and black Volkswagen Caravelle Long T5 each have 8 passenger seats; the grey Vito has 7. The Business V-Class seats 6 passengers, and VIP with captain's seats seats 5. This supports different needs: a family with luggage, a business group or several friends travelling together.

Seat numbers exclude the driver. Full occupancy and large amounts of luggage must be checked together: pushchairs, sports equipment and suitcases take up space regardless of passenger numbers. If your group is larger, give its full size so we can separately discuss bringing in additional vehicles.

Final destination and return journey

We need the full address in Finland, rather than just the country name. State the destination city, intermediate stops and return plan. If you are travelling to a flight, give the airport and flight separately: address-to-address transfers and airport journeys require different planning.
