They certainly advertise themselves a lot: they will take you anywhere. But when I wanted to book Kouvola, they said no, we very rarely go there.???????????? Reply: Natalya, thank you for your review. We would like to explain: we did not say yes and then cancel just before your trip, as many companies now do. We told you the truth: vehicles heading to Helsinki very rarely call at Kouvola at present because of the large number of passengers travelling to Vantaa Airport for their holidays. We cannot delay them with an extra 100 km detour via Kouvola. Shopping trips to this lovely town are rare because there is no demand. Nor do we claim to take people absolutely anywhere; we simply cannot do so. Our advertising is our passengers' reviews and gratitude! In any case, thank you for your negative review. I would like to thank your company very much for its professionalism and attentive treatment of customers. The travel arrangements were checked several times, not because anything was unclear, but to make things more convenient for us. Our driver Mikhail is a true professional. Everything was precise, quick and safe. The dispatcher (unfortunately I do not remember her name; I think it was Valentina), a lovely woman with an angelic voice, gave us confidence about the trip ahead. My husband and I would like to thank the two drivers who took us to Helsinki Airport in Vantaa and picked us up there... Alexander drove us there: an excellent driver, pleasant to talk to and careful on the road. We were lucky with our fellow passengers too; eight of us travelled on 27 December 2017. He explained and showed us where another driver would meet us on our return... Igor drove us back, and again we had good company in the minibus. Our flight was slightly delayed, but they waited and greeted us politely. The journey was smooth, efficient and quick. We were lucky at the border: even though it was Christmas night, we crossed in 20 minutes, with nobody there. We chatted as though we had known each other for a hundred years))), and were dropped off right at our building entrance. A special huge thank you to Valentina: everything was as agreed.
