I would like to thank the company for organising the trip to Finland on 22 September 2017! The day before departure, the dispatcher sent detailed information about who would pick us up and when. Driver Ivan collected us in a spotless Ford, drove carefully, answered every question and gave detailed instructions at the border. We left at 05:20 and were back by 16:30; we could have returned earlier, but some passengers had no insurance, so arranging it cost us time and we got caught in traffic. Good afternoon. I would like to tell an almost “HORROR” story. My daughter Darya and her two friends were due to return from Helsinki Airport to Saint Petersburg on the night of 9–10 May. They had three seats booked with one company (telephone +7 911 *** 82 23). A day before departure from Helsinki, the dispatcher RAISED THE FARE and cancelled the reservation WITHOUT WAITING for a reply. After lengthy discussions, the carrier refused to provide seats even at the newly announced price. Then began a day-long marathon trying to find seats with every company in our city. Everyone refused EXCEPT YOUR company. VALENTINA came to our rescue. And, as I understand it, we were not the only ones. A bus was allocated to collect passengers from Helsinki at night who had been ABANDONED BY ANOTHER COMPANY. THANK YOU SO MUCH, VALENTINA AND MIKHAIL! Reply: Olga, thank you for your review. Many thanks for the trip to Narva on 14 December. Everything was very well organised, and crossing the border in both directions deserved top marks. Thank you for stopping at Duty Free: we bought some lovely drinks for the holidays. Special thanks to driver Leonid. My husband and I are no longer very young, and he always helped us out of the bus. He showed us where to buy food and other goods at good prices and where to enjoy an inexpensive meal, accommodated all our wishes, and gave us enough time in the shopping centres to look around calmly without rushing.
