Journey planning

Bus to Helsinki Airport: planning your journey

When choosing airport transport, check where it stops and whether you need onward travel to the terminal.

Allow for the entire journey to check-in

  • Check the final stop of your chosen service.
  • Allow for independent connections and carrying luggage.
  • Discuss a private minivan for your group along an agreed route.

Direct airport access or a connection in the city

When looking for a bus, distinguish a service directly to the airport from arrival in central Helsinki followed by a connection. For each option, check the whole journey with luggage: the stop, next transport time and suitability for children or passengers with limited mobility.

A minivan for your own group serves a different purpose: an agreed journey from Saint Petersburg to the airport. It is not a scheduled bus with a fixed timetable. Price, future availability and departure time will be determined once services resume.

Final destination and return journey

In your enquiry, specify Helsinki Airport / Helsinki-Vantaa, the date and flight number. For departures, distinguish the aircraft departure time from your preferred terminal arrival time. For arrival pickup, passenger contact, luggage and the pickup point are agreed in advance.
