Booking for a flight and airport pickup
A taxi to Helsinki Airport is an address-to-flight journey. First provide the date, flight number and departure time from your reservation, then the pickup address and all passenger collection stops. For arrival pickups, also give the final address and the contact leaving the terminal.
A private vehicle is priced for the whole group; a seat on a shared airport transfer is a different format. Compare total cost, luggage and boarding times rather than a single advertised fare. The old promise of arrival within a fixed number of hours no longer applies.
Final destination and return journey
In your enquiry, specify Helsinki Airport / Helsinki-Vantaa, the date and flight number. For departures, distinguish the aircraft departure time from your preferred terminal arrival time. For arrival pickup, passenger contact, luggage and the pickup point are agreed in advance.
