One flight for the group or several different flights
If all passengers fly together, provide one flight, the total number of suitcases and pickup addresses. If there are several flights, list each one: different departure times affect pickup planning and whether one shared departure is suitable. Different arrival times for the return pickup also require separate discussion.
A private transfer offers your own sequence of addresses but does not remove the time required at the airport and border. Repeat pickup, waiting and operational stops are included by agreement. Obtain single-terminal information and the current layout from Finavia.
Final destination and return journey
In your enquiry, specify Helsinki Airport / Helsinki-Vantaa, the date and flight number. For departures, distinguish the aircraft departure time from your preferred terminal arrival time. For arrival pickup, passenger contact, luggage and the pickup point are agreed in advance.
