Address-to-address transfers, travel with your own group and city outings require different details. These materials cover route preparation and points to agree.
Give the exact address in Helsinki
For a city transfer, we need to know where the trip ends: a hotel, apartment, meeting point or ferry terminal. List all addresses if passengers need different drop-off points.
If you continue by ferry or plane, provide departure details. The city, port and airport are different destinations; timing and stop order must be discussed for the full route.
Journeys will resume after the border reopens
Transport to Finland is currently suspended. After the border reopens, we will resume transfers from Saint Petersburg to Helsinki, the airport and other Finnish destinations.
We will announce a resumption date after the border opens. You can discuss a future route by phone.

We operate within Russia, to Ivangorod and to Tallinn with Estonian partners. On journeys via Ivangorod and Narva, passengers cross the border independently.

For a future door-to-door transfer, specify the arrival point in Helsinki: a hotel, private address, port terminal or another location. If the final destination is Helsinki Airport / Helsinki-Vantaa, use the separate airport transfer page and add your flight details.
A multi-stop itinerary is arranged in order: pickup address in Saint Petersburg, intermediate stops, final address and return journey. Separately specify any appointment that determines the timing or the ferry departure time. Time allowances and waiting are discussed together with the route.
Preparing a journey for your group
A passenger list is not required for your initial enquiry: the number of people and a description of luggage are enough. We choose a suitable minivan based on cabin and luggage capacity. A photograph on the page does not guarantee the model or specification.
Trips to Finland remain suspended. Describing a future route does not book a service, fix a price or confirm a border crossing. Route status and terms are checked before an actual booking.
How to compare ways of reaching Helsinki
When comparing a train, flight, large bus, your own car and a minivan with a driver, consider the entire journey from your address to the final destination. For public transport tickets, add travel to departure, luggage and a connection after arrival; for your own car, include driving yourself, parking and the return journey.
For a minivan reserved for your group, consider the entire route and passenger count. For air travel, the road transfer ends at the airport; for a city visit, at the agreed address. Check transport availability, ticket prices and parking costs for your travel date. Request a minivan quote for the complete itinerary rather than just the destination name.
From Helsinki back to Saint Petersburg
The return pickup may be at a hotel, railway station, ferry terminal or airport. This is a separate part of the booking: give the exact address, date, group size and luggage. If passengers arrive on different flights, list them individually so we can discuss a joint pickup.
For a return flight or ferry, transport departure is planned around your departure and the necessary time allowance. Pickup, waiting, intermediate stops and price will be confirmed before travelling once the route resumes; the old table of morning and evening meeting times is not used as a timetable.
