The route starts with flight details

For a future Helsinki Airport transfer, provide the flight number, date and departure time from your reservation. We then discuss the departure address, passengers, luggage and stops. We do not guarantee road travel or border crossing times in advance.

If you need an arrival pickup

Provide the date and arriving flight, the number of passengers and suitcases, and your destination after the airport. The meeting point and contact method are confirmed separately; landing time is not the time you leave the terminal.

Journeys will resume after the border reopens

Transport to Finland is currently suspended. After the border reopens, we will resume transfers from Saint Petersburg to Helsinki, the airport and other Finnish destinations.

We will announce a resumption date after the border opens. You can discuss a future route by phone.

Where we travel now

We operate within Russia, to Ivangorod and to Tallinn with Estonian partners. On journeys via Ivangorod and Narva, passengers cross the border independently.

Trips to Tallinn

Travel for a flight from Helsinki Airport

To plan a future transfer, provide the flight date and number, departure time, passenger count and luggage. Flight departure differs from arrival at the terminal: check-in, baggage handling and other procedures need separate allowance beyond road travel.

For the return direction, provide the arriving flight and passenger contact details. Before pickup, agree the boarding point, communication procedure for flight changes and onward address. Waiting terms and additional stops cannot be inferred from an old rate.

Airport information and transport status

Check terminal details, passenger advice and flight changes on the airport's official website and with the airline. Having an air ticket does not confirm that a cross-border road service is operating.

Transfers to Helsinki Airport are currently suspended until the border reopens. Travel to Pulkovo is a different, operating route within Saint Petersburg: the pricing section lists Comfort from RUB 3,500, including vehicle dispatch.

Pickup, driving, stops and arrival for your flight

A future transfer from Saint Petersburg to Helsinki-Vantaa has several stages: pickup at your address, the road journey, border formalities and arrival at the airport before check-in. A rest stop is discussed as part of the route and should be planned at a designated location, such as an equipped parking area.

For a minivan for your own group, provide every pickup address and your preferred stops. If you want a seat on a shared transfer, flight compatibility and the pickup sequence must be checked separately. Empty seats do not necessarily mean the journey suits your flight.

One terminal and pickup after arrival

Helsinki-Vantaa uses a single passenger terminal: old instructions referring to Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and transfers between them are outdated. Check the relevant exit and vehicle meeting point on Finavia's current map. Flight details and passenger contact help coordinate pickup after baggage collection.

For the return journey, also give your final Russian address. Flight delays, baggage collection and border crossing can change the plan; waiting terms should be discussed in advance. The previously published 5–7-hour duration is not a guarantee of a future arrival time.
